  • Step 1: Review requirements
    • Confirm COCA membership, accreditation status, and staff education participation.
    • Review the grant information and webinar updates before starting.
  • Step 2: Prepare application materials
    • Gather the required organizational and financial documents.
    • Collect the program and financial information requested in the application.
  • Step 3: Complete the online application
    • Use the correct application link for returning or new applicants.
    • Fill out the SurveyMonkey application and submit it online.
  • Step 4: Send supporting documents
    • Email the required documents to info@carecamps.org by April 6, 2026.
  • Step 5: Wait for results
