- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the completed documents to the Maintenance & Capital Support Officer by email or mail.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed against relative need, application quality, and project completion timeframe.
- Successful applications are formalized through an agreement.

- Applications must use the program templates provided by the Housing Division.
- The Housing Division reviews letters of intent and may suggest including project management services.
- Projects over $15,000 should include three contractor quotes, or a written rationale if that is not possible.
