  • Step 2: Prepare the application documents
    • Complete the CRIF application form.
    • Prepare the Letter of Intent with the project scope and three-year outlook.
    • Complete the 10-year Capital Planning Template.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed documents to the Maintenance & Capital Support Officer by email or mail.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed against relative need, application quality, and project completion timeframe.
  • Successful applications are formalized through an agreement.

Additional information

  • Applications must use the program templates provided by the Housing Division.
  • The Housing Division reviews letters of intent and may suggest including project management services.
  • Projects over $15,000 should include three contractor quotes, or a written rationale if that is not possible.
