Who is eligible?

  • Town of Collingwood residents
  • Condominium corporations
  • Tenants with written approval from the homeowner
  • Condominium residents with written approval from their Condo Board

Who is not eligible

  • Applicants outside the Town of Collingwood
  • Properties not located on private land in Collingwood

Eligible expenses

  • Eligible trees purchased in 2026.
  • Native plant material, garden soil, and mulch.
