Eligibility

  • Be an incorporated Black-led not-for-profit organization.
  • Have at least two-thirds of leadership and governance self-identify as Black.
  • Have a mission, programming, and outcomes focused on supporting Black communities.
  • Have the capacity and experience to deliver high-impact business support.

  • Incorporated Black-led not-for-profit organizations.

Who is not eligible

  • For-profit businesses (the Ecosystem Fund is for incorporated not-for-profit organizations).
  • Organizations that are not incorporated.
  • Not-for-profit organizations that are not Black-led.
  • Organizations located outside Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon.
