How to apply

  • Step 1: Receive licence
    • Review the invoice issued when the licence becomes effective.
    • Apply for the medical exemption within 60 days, if applicable.
    • Pay the entry year annual regulatory fee within 60 days.

    • File the Statement of cannabis revenue through the Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System.
    • Submit it by April 30 for the previous fiscal year.
