Who is eligible?

  • Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Research organizations
  • Industry partners

Eligible expenses

  • Travel and accommodations costs associated with the mission.

Selection criteria

  • Preference may be given to SME applicants with a minimum of 15 full-time equivalent employees.
  • Preference may be given to SME applicants with at least $500,000 CAD in annual revenue.
  • Preference may be given to SME applicants that have commercialized 1 or more products domestically or internationally.

How to apply

  • Interested candidates must first register with NRC IRAP by clicking the Register button.
  • An expression of interest form will be provided to potentially eligible applicants.
  • All participants must also register directly for the EFECS event.

Processing and Agreement

  • Notification of results was scheduled for October 28, 2022.
  • Selected participants will be sent instructions and information about the support.

  • A preparation workshop for selected participants was scheduled for November 4, 2022 (TBC).
