The Part-Time Student Grant and Loan Application is now shown as the 2026-2027 version, and the guidance for part-time applications in Manitoba, New Brunswick or Yukon now points to that form. The maximum grant notice on the dependants page now reads “Until the end of the 2026 to 2027 school year, you could receive up to $2,688 per year,” without the prior pending government approval caveat. The designated-schools guidance was also updated to add a new exclusion for students attending Atlantic Business College starting August 1, 2026, and to say most full-time students at private, for-profit schools in Canada will no longer be eligible for the Canada Student Grant for Full-Time Students. The federal ineligibility date remains August 1, 2026, with existing students potentially covered until July 31, 2029.
