How to apply
- Each Canadian SME applicant must register electronically using the Register button at the end of the page.
- Applications deemed potentially eligible are invited to submit an expression of interest form.
- Qualifying applicants are invited to submit an international consortium project proposal with their project partners.
- Each project consortium must complete and submit a Eureka project online application form.
- Each Singaporean consortium project partner must submit all required documents to Enterprise Singapore via the Business Grants Portal and through the Eureka application by 23:00 on September 14, 2026 (SGT).
- For Business Grants Portal submission, applicants must visit the Business Grants Portal, locate EDG (Co-Innovation Programmes), log in with CorpPass, complete the application form, and submit under CIP Programme.
Processing and Agreement
- Potentially eligible applications move to the next phase and applicants are invited to submit an expression of interest form.
- EOIs are evaluated by an NRC evaluation team, and qualifying applicants are invited to submit an international consortium project proposal.
- Canadian ICPP applications are evaluated by an NRC evaluation team including the applicant's NRC IRAP representative, the NRC National Program Office, and the NRC IRAP International Office.
- The combined evaluation results are shared between national funding bodies to jointly select the collaborative projects.
- Selected participants proceed to the final national funding body proposal, due diligence, and funding agreement stage, and Canadian SMEs may execute a contribution agreement if approved.
