Canada Post Community Foundation Grants
Overview
Canada Post Community Foundation Grants support Canadian schools, registered charities, registered non-profit organizations, amateur athletic associations, small municipalities, community organizations, and Indigenous organizations that deliver projects for children and youth up to age 21. The program funds community, education, health, therapeutic, rehabilitation, cultural, recreational, and reconciliation initiatives that create new services or expand an organization's capacity to serve young people. Project grants can provide up to $25,000, while Signature Grants and the Indigenous Truth and Reconciliation Signature Grant provide $50,000. Applications are submitted online during the annual February intake; for the 2026 cycle, applications opened February 9 and closed February 27 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time, so the current application round is closed.
