How to apply
- Step 1: Create the registration
- Log in to the Convergence Portal.
- Create a new registration in the Research Administrator dashboard.
- Step 2: Invite the nominee
- Send an invitation to the nominee through Convergence.
- The nominee accepts the invitation and completes their profile.
- Step 3: Complete the registration modules
- Enter the application details and required program information.
- Complete the self-identification form, research fields, keywords, summary, and attestation-related sections as applicable.
- Step 4: Finalize and submit
- The senior official reviews the registration terms and conditions.
- Submit the registration in Convergence before the deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- The registration is reviewed in the Convergence Portal after submission.
- The status changes to “Received by Agency” once submitted.
- Information can be modified after submission, except the nominee.
- The Secretariat may request documentation to verify recruitment requirements.
- Non-compliance may lead to withdrawal, suspended payments, or termination of funding.
