- Expression of interest submissions are evaluated by the applicant's NRC IRAP representative and the NRC IRAP International Office.
- International consortium project proposals are evaluated by an NRC IRAP evaluation team, and the results are shared with both national funding bodies for joint selection.
- Eligible project partners complete funding proposals and sign legally binding funding agreements with their respective national funding body.
