How to apply

  • Submit an expression of interest form.
  • Complete and submit the international consortium project proposal package, including the Eureka project application form, the NRC IRAP Canadian Annex form, and the draft international project consortium agreement.
  • Eligible project partners complete their national funding body proposal and funding agreement.

Processing and Agreement

  • NRC IRAP reviews registrations and contacts applicants if more information is required.
  • Expression of interest submissions are evaluated by the applicant's NRC IRAP representative and the NRC IRAP International Office.
  • International consortium project proposals are evaluated by an NRC IRAP evaluation team, and the results are shared with both national funding bodies for joint selection.
  • Eligible project partners complete funding proposals and sign legally binding funding agreements with their respective national funding body.
