Processing and Agreement
- Distribution, sales agency, licensing, and sub-distribution agreements entered by applicants seeking or receiving financial assistance from Telefilm Canada must be submitted to and approved by Telefilm Canada and contain provisions acceptable to Telefilm Canada.
- Telefilm reserves the right to require modifications to those agreements at any time.
