Who is eligible?
- Individuals who were residents of Canada the month before the payment.
- Individuals who lived in Alberta, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, or Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Individuals aged at least 19, or under 19 with a spouse or common-law partner or with a child they lived with.
Who is not eligible
- Residents of British Columbia, Nunavut, Quebec, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon were not eligible.
