- Professional arts organizations in circus, multidisciplinary arts, dance, music, or theatre that create, produce, and present shows on an occasional basis.

- Organizations supported by specific programming during the project period.

- Quality of artistic achievements.
- Project interest in relation to the organization’s mandate.
- Potential for diffusion according to the nature of the project.

- Fair compensation for artists, performers, and cultural workers.
How to apply
- Access Mon dossier CALQ and fill out the online form.
- If Mon dossier CALQ is not available or cannot be used for this program, send the application file by WeTransfer following the instructions in the application form.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by CALQ program officers for admissibility and general objectives.
- Eligible applications are then reviewed by an internal committee against the objectives and evaluation criteria.
- The CALQ may also use resource persons or an advisory committee to analyze projects.
- Recommendations are submitted to the Board of Directors, which ratifies them; decisions are final and without appeal.
- The applicant is informed of the decision about four months after submission, and accepted applicants receive a letter of announcement and agreement; recipients must file a grant-use report within three months after the end of the project.
