Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by CALQ program officers for eligibility and alignment with the program
- Eligible applications are then assessed by an internal committee
- The CALQ Board of Directors makes the final funding decision
- Applicants are notified of the result in about three months
- If approved, the applicant receives an award and agreement letter with the funding terms

- Applications must be submitted at least three months before the project starts.
- The CALQ does not accept applications by mail.
- The applicant must provide a signed partnership commitment letter.
- Any approved grant is non-recurring.
