Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by CALQ program staff for eligibility and general program objectives.
- Eligible applications are then assessed by an internal committee against the program criteria.
- The CALQ board makes the final funding decision.
- Applicants are informed of the decision about three months after submission.
- If approved, a letter of announcement and agreement must be signed before funding is paid.
