- Travel and accommodation related to the tour
- Equipment rental, insurance, and visa fees
- Promotion and publicity costs not covered by the host organization
- Translation of excerpts included in the performances
- Communication costs up to the program limit

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed against eligibility and program objectives.
- Eligible applications are then assessed by an internal committee.

- Approved applicants receive an award and agreement letter to sign.

- Applicants must submit through Mon dossier CALQ or WeTransfer if needed.
