Eligible expenses
- Accommodation and per diem.
- Travel and transport of participants, equipment, or works, including insurance.
- Equipment rental.
- Promotion and publicity not paid by the host organization.
- Agency and administration costs, up to 10% of total project cost.

- Production or adaptation costs for a tour.

- Copyright and resale rights.
- Salaries and fees.
- Capital expenditures and costs already covered by other funding.
