  • Projects mainly journalistic, scientific, industrial, educational, tourism-based, or business-startup related.

Eligible expenses

  • Accommodation and per diem.
  • Travel and transport of participants, equipment, or works, including insurance.
  • Equipment rental.
  • Promotion and publicity not paid by the host organization.
  • Agency and administration costs, up to 10% of total project cost.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Production or adaptation costs for a tour.
  • Costs to present the works themselves.
  • Copyright and resale rights.
  • Salaries and fees.
  • Capital expenditures and costs already covered by other funding.
