How to apply

  • Step 1: Review program documents
    • Read the Program Guide, Co-Investment Guidelines, and IP & Data Governance Strategy.
    • Confirm the project fits the call objectives and eligibility requirements.
  • Step 2: Prepare the proposal
    • Develop the Expression of Interest or Full Project Proposal as applicable.
    • Define the consortium, project scope, and IP and data approach.
  • Step 3: Submit the EOI or proposal
    • Submit the Expression of Interest through the provided program link.
    • Only qualified applicants are invited to submit a Full Project Proposal.
  • Step 4: Follow up with the program team
    • Contact the proposal support team for clarification if needed.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed through a fair and objective process.
  • A Project Selection Committee of independent external experts evaluates proposals.
  • Only qualified applicants are invited to the Full Project Proposal stage.
  • Selected projects must enter into a Master Project Agreement.
