Processing and Agreement
- Only admissible and complete files are evaluated
- The committee decisions are final and without appeal
- The selected organization is responsible for the conception, installation, and dismantling of the exhibition
- A detailed exhibition plan must be submitted to the City for approval before installation
- At the end of the exhibition, the organization must restore the site and remove all traces of installation
