• Professional artists, including writers
• Professional cultural and communications organizations
• Public libraries
• Art schools supported by Quebec programs or the Conservatoire network
• Indigenous organizations or committees serving youth

Who is not eligible

• For-profit businesses and private companies

Eligible expenses

• Labour costs, including benefits
• Production or purchase of materials for students or parents
• Promotion and results dissemination
• Travel and transport of materials
• Rental of space or equipment, administration, and contingency costs within program limits

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Cultural outings
• Projects already funded by other Quebec education or culture programs
• Debt repayment or financing of completed projects
• Land or building purchases
• Equipment purchases, subcontracting, legal fees, and pre-approval expenses

• Quebec

• Relevance to the applicant’s expertise and youth audience.
• Innovation compared with what the institution already offers.
• Quality of the proposed activities and team experience.
• Expected impact on participants and the host institution.
• Budget realism and partner commitment.

• Step 1: Register or update your di@pason partner profile
  • Create or update the applicant profile in the online system.
  • Allow time for the Ministry to validate the file.
• Step 2: Prepare the application package
  • Complete the required forms and assemble the supporting documents.
  • Obtain the signed agreement from the partner institution.
• Step 3: Submit online through di@pason
  • Fill in the application form in the portal.
  • Upload the required documents and send the application within the call period.

• Applications are reviewed by the Ministry, with external expertise if needed.
• Files are assessed for admissibility, relevance, quality, and expected impact.
• Only complete and accurate applications can be evaluated.
• Funding is confirmed only after approval and a signed agreement.
• The Ministry may visit the project site and verify use of funds.

• Applications were submitted through the di@pason online system.
• The applicant had to register as a partner client in di@pason before filing.
• A signed funding agreement was required if approved.
• The Ministry may require progress or final accountability reporting.
