Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are evaluated by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie, with support from the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight Against Climate Change.
  • Submitted information may be shared with members of the selection committee.
  • The ministry makes the final selection and decides the amount awarded.
  • Selected projects require a subsidy agreement before funding is paid.

  • The project must be completed by March 30, 2027.
  • A project implementation report and a financial report are required.
