  • Public organizations of the Government of Quebec subject to the Auditor General Act

Eligible expenses

  • Room rental, audiovisual equipment rental, printing, translation, and online communication costs related to the project
  • Economy airfare from Quebec to Yerevan, including related rail or bus connections and checked baggage
  • Local transport between the airport, lodging, and the COP-17 site
  • Accommodation in Yerevan or nearby
  • Booth rental and setup at the COP-17 site

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Seat reservations on flights
  • Food and beverages, including catering
  • Salary or contract costs for the applicant's staff
  • Costs already covered by another funding program or initiative
  • Carbon offset costs, prizes, and non-refundable cancellation penalties
