Eligible expenses
- Room rental, audiovisual equipment rental, printing, translation, and online communication costs related to the project
- Economy airfare from Quebec to Yerevan, including related rail or bus connections and checked baggage
- Local transport between the airport, lodging, and the COP-17 site
- Accommodation in Yerevan or nearby
- Booth rental and setup at the COP-17 site
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Seat reservations on flights
- Food and beverages, including catering
- Salary or contract costs for the applicant's staff
- Costs already covered by another funding program or initiative
- Carbon offset costs, prizes, and non-refundable cancellation penalties
