Financing terms and conditions
- Fixed stipend of $4,500 CAD per selected producer to offset travel and participation expenses.
- Stipend is a one-time payment with no provision for supplementary funds.

Eligibility criteria of the Call for Indigenous Producers for an ISO Delegation to Cannes International Film Festival program
- The applicant must be an Indigenous producer.
- The applicant must have produced at least one feature-length film commercially released in theaters or commercially distributed on global video streaming platforms.
- The applicant must have a minimum 51% ownership of a registered company in Canada.
- Only one producer per company may apply.
- The applicant must have an established track record as a mid to senior level feature film producer.
Who is eligible?
- Indigenous film production companies in Canada
Who is not eligible
- Non-Indigenous producers or companies.
- Companies without at least 51% Indigenous ownership registered in Canada.
- Companies that have not produced at least one commercially released feature-length film.
- More than one producer per company (only one application per company is allowed).
Eligible expenses
- Stipend of $4,500 intended to offset travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and incidental costs related to attending The Producers Network at the Cannes International Film Festival.
Eligible geographic areas
- Companies registered in Canada.

- Delegates must submit a final report, budget, and personal schedule within 30 days after travel.
