- Training, publication, and dissemination costs related to the project.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Normal operating costs and regular staff salaries.
- Costs already funded by another government program or another funder for similar expenses.
- Business-class upgrades, extra baggage charges, travel outside Cameroon, and expenses incurred before funding confirmation.
- Deficit reduction costs, infrastructure works, land purchases, fixed assets, and transport vehicles.
- Expenses that do not match the program’s objectives and directions.

- Selected organizations must provide financial and narrative reports on the funded project.

- The selected projects must submit a final report by the end of the project and no later than May 1, 2024.
- Beneficiaries must also provide a financial and narrative report on the funded project.
- The Quebec partner is the only entity that receives the financial support.
