- International round-trip transport in economy class, local transport in Cameroon, and equipment transport related to the project.
- Visa or entry documents, customs clearance, travel insurance, vaccination, and prescribed medications for the stay in Cameroon.
- Daily allowances, compensation for greenhouse gas emissions, and costs for in-person or virtual activities.
- Training, publication, and dissemination costs related to the project.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Normal operating costs and regular staff salaries.
- Costs already funded by another government program or another funder for similar expenses.
- Business-class upgrades, extra baggage charges, travel outside Cameroon, and expenses incurred before funding confirmation.
- Deficit reduction costs, infrastructure works, land purchases, fixed assets, and transport vehicles.
- Expenses that do not match the program’s objectives and directions.

Processing and Agreement
- Projects are reviewed by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie in collaboration with relevant Quebec sectoral ministries.
- Submitted information may be shared with those ministries for assessment.
- The Ministry keeps final responsibility for project selection and for determining the amounts awarded.
- Selected organizations must provide financial and narrative reports on the funded project.

- The selected projects must submit a final report by the end of the project and no later than May 1, 2024.
- Beneficiaries must also provide a financial and narrative report on the funded project.
- The Quebec partner is the only entity that receives the financial support.
