Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Professional Development expenses, including attending the CALP or ATESL conferences, will not be an allowable program expense.

- Step 2
- Prepare the application using the guide, budget template, and other resources.
- Step 3
- Request an optional application preview and receive feedback from the team.
- Step 4
- Complete the application package and submit it by the posted deadline.
- Step 5
- Wait for external review, funding recommendations, and final approval.
Processing and Agreement
- External experts review the submissions and provide funding recommendations.
- Calgary Learns then prepares the grant slate for approval by our Board and the Ministry.
- Applicants who are not selected for funding will receive declination letters.
- If your program is funded, our team will support you throughout your grant term.
