The CAE Rive-Nord Youth Strategy provides personal loans of up to $25,000 to support young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 39 in starting or expanding businesses within specific municipalities. Financing terms and conditions
- Personal loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 per eligible entrepreneur.
- A maximum of two entrepreneurs from the same company may each receive a loan.

- Launching or expanding a business in the territories of Rivière-du-Nord, Argenteuil, or Mirabel RCMs, or the municipalities of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, Oka, Saint-Placide, and Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.
- Developing and implementing a viable business plan by young entrepreneurs.
- Creating new employment opportunities through business activities.
- Operating a seasonal business that demonstrates profitability over at least six months.

Eligibility
- The business must operate in the territories of Rivière-du-Nord, Argenteuil, Mirabel RCMs, or the municipalities of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, Oka, Saint-Placide, or Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.
- The entrepreneur must be the majority owner of the business or hold control via a shareholder agreement.
- The project must demonstrate business viability with a comprehensive business plan.
- Seasonal businesses are eligible if they can prove profitability over a minimum of six months.
- The business must collaborate on a support plan during the first year and create net employment.

- Businesses located in the municipalities of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, Oka, Saint-Placide, and Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines
- Seasonal businesses (with profitable activity for at least six months)
