- Projects that do not comply with required bylaws, codes, or guidelines

Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed by Township staff and the Economic Development Officer.
- The Community Improvement Plan Review Panel reviews and recommends the project.
- Council makes the approval decision.
- If approved, a financial assistance agreement is drafted for the loan.
- After completion, the Township inspects the work and issues a completion notice before funding is provided.
Additional information
- A pre-consultation meeting with Township staff is required for County funding consideration.
- Applications are reviewed by the Economic Development Officer and the Community Improvement Plan Review Panel.
- Funding is issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available budget.
- Successful applicants must enter into a financial assistance agreement where applicable.
