Eligibility
- The company must be a sole proprietorship, corporation, cooperative, or non-profit organization.
- The business must not have been in operation for more than three months on the targeted commercial artery.
- The business promoter must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and a permanent resident of Quebec.
- The principal promoter must hold the majority of shares in the company (over 50%).
- The company must commit to creating at least two permanent jobs, including the promoter, within six months of project start.

- Franchises on all designated commercial streets.
- Professional service offices on all designated commercial streets.
- Bars, cafés, restaurants, and caterers located on Notre-Dame and Centre streets.

- Businesses establishing themselves within targeted commercial streets in the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal, specifically:
- Notre-Dame Street, between De Courcelles Street and Chemin de la Côte Saint-Paul
- Monk Boulevard, between Allard Street and Denonville Street
- Centre Street, between Charlevoix Street and de la Sucrerie Street
- Wellington Street, between Fortune Street and de la Congrégation Street
- Saint-Jacques Street, between Atwater Street and Sainte-Marguerite Street

- Entrepreneurial capacity of the applicants.
- Relevance and pertinence of the business project.
- Compliance with the program's admissibility conditions.
