Overview
Provides matching funds up to $5,000 to strengthen sponsorship capacity. Supports sponsorship training, expert mentorship, and peer networking to pursue business-sector sponsorship opportunities.
Activities funded
- Participation in sponsorship training delivered through monthly webinars
- Peer-to-peer networking focused on sponsorship development
- Individualized mentorship sessions to build sponsorship capacity
- Pursuit of sponsorship opportunities with the business sector

Documents Needed
Eligibility
- Be an incorporated not-for-profit organization, society, and/or registered charitable organization.
- Provide publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming, products, or services.
- Be committed to building sponsorship capacity through training, peer networking, and mentorship.
- Be registered with artsvest National.
- Meet at least two of: annual operating budget under $1.5M; five or fewer full-time employees; mandate/programming serving rural, under-resourced, and/or equity-deserving communities.

- Incorporated not-for-profit culture organizations
- Incorporated not-for-profit heritage organizations
- Registered charitable organizations offering publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming

- For-profit businesses
- Unincorporated organizations
- Organizations not registered with artsvest National
- Organizations that do not provide publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming, products, or services
Eligible expenses
- Matching funds used as an incentive to pursue business-sector sponsorship opportunities
