Eligibility

  • Be an incorporated not-for-profit organization, society, and/or registered charitable organization.
  • Provide publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming, products, or services.
  • Be committed to building sponsorship capacity through training, peer networking, and mentorship.
  • Be registered with artsvest National.
  • Meet at least two of: annual operating budget under $1.5M; five or fewer full-time employees; mandate/programming serving rural, under-resourced, and/or equity-deserving communities.

  • Incorporated not-for-profit arts organizations
  • Incorporated not-for-profit culture organizations
  • Incorporated not-for-profit heritage organizations
  • Registered charitable organizations offering publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming

Who is not eligible

  • For-profit businesses
  • Unincorporated organizations
  • Organizations not registered with artsvest National
  • Organizations that do not provide publicly accessible arts, culture, or heritage programming, products, or services

Eligible expenses

  • Matching funds used as an incentive to pursue business-sector sponsorship opportunities
