Funding provides up to $10,000 for a one-year youth-led project. It supports peer-to-peer initiatives that build social-emotional skills and enhance protective factors to prevent or mitigate youth violence among Vancouver youth.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a registered non-profit society, community service, co-op, or a social enterprise wholly owned by a non-profit and in good standing with the Registrar of Companies, or a registered charity in good standing with the CRA, or a First Nations Band.
- The project must be youth-led and aim to increase a sense of safety and belonging among Vancouver youth.
- The project must build social-emotional skills that prevent or mitigate the effects of youth violence.
- The initiative must incorporate a peer-to-peer approach to implementation.
- The project should focus on enhancing protective factors that lessen the likelihood of youth violence victimization or perpetration.
