Eligibility
- The applicant must own a commercial or service building in Victoriaville.

How to apply

Check eligibility
- Confirm that the building is located in Victoriaville and is used for commercial or service activities.
- Verify that the property is not an in-construction building, unless the planned improvements meet enhanced CSA or ISO standards.
- Ensure the applicant is the owner of a commercial or service building, or an eligible owner or tenant for the PEA program.

Review requirements
- Make sure the planned accessibility work complies with the Quebec Construction Code and municipal regulations.
- Confirm that the work requires a construction permit or an authorization certificate from the City of Victoriaville urban planning division.
- Check that the project meets the program requirements for permanent, simple, and economical accessibility improvements, especially for PEA.

Submit application
- Prepare the application and complete the required request.
- Submit the application before the annual funding envelope is exhausted.

Complete the works
- Carry out the approved accessibility works, such as access ramps, widened doors, elevators, visual alarms, or adapted counters.
- Keep the invoices for the completed work, as payment is made only after the work is finished.
- Wait for the municipality or program administrator to verify completion before the aid is paid to the property owner.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the City of Victoriaville.
- Funding is granted only while program funds remain available.
- Payment is issued after the completed work and invoices are submitted.
