How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill in the PDF application form in English or French.
    • Sign all required declarations.
  • Step 2: Prepare supporting documents
    • Attach the landlord letter, proof of enrollment, transcript, and volunteer description.
    • Graduate students must also include a résumé, academic interests, and additional transcripts.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Email the completed application or mail it to Manitoba Housing in Winnipeg.
  • Step 4: Meet the deadline
    • Submit by November 30 each year.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission and before selection
  • Only successful applicants receive the bursary
  • False information may lead to removal from the selection process
  • No bursary is awarded until the applicant is selected
