- Email the completed application or mail it to Manitoba Housing in Winnipeg.

- Submit by November 30 each year.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and before selection
- Only successful applicants receive the bursary
- False information may lead to removal from the selection process
- No bursary is awarded until the applicant is selected
