Provides up to $11,800 to support community projects and initiatives. Eligible activities include community well-being projects and downtown or waterfront beautification initiatives.

Activities funded

Community projects, programs, and initiatives that contribute to community well-being.
Projects that enhance and beautify historic downtown Brockville.
Projects that enhance and beautify the waterfront walking parks in Brockville.

Examples of admissible projects:

Eligibility

The applicant must be a qualified non-profit or charitable organization.
The organization must operate in the geographic area of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, or propose a project that primarily or significantly benefits people in that area.
The proposal must be for a project, program, or initiative that contributes to community well-being.

Program funding comes from earnings of a pooled Community Fund and individual endowment funds established by donors.
Two funding streams are available: Community Grants and the Thomas Dailey Fund.
