- Medication, prosthetics, wigs, turbans, and lymphedema care
- Parking, child care, rehabilitation, and supportive care
- Rent or mortgage payments

- Tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors
- Longer-term treatments such as Herceptin and bisphosphonates, except for metastatic breast cancer cases
- Credit card payments, property taxes, condo fees, and restaurant receipts
- Accommodation costs and medications not related to treatment

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission by the Advisory Committee.
- Applicants are normally notified within three weeks of receipt.
- The committee may approve all or part of an application, or deny it.
