- Parking, child care, rehabilitation, and supportive care

- Longer-term treatments such as Herceptin and bisphosphonates, except for metastatic breast cancer cases
- Credit card payments, property taxes, condo fees, and restaurant receipts
- Accommodation costs and medications not related to treatment

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission by the Advisory Committee.
- Applicants are normally notified within three weeks of receipt.
