Who is not eligible

  • Schools that are part of the public school system in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador should contact local partners instead of applying directly.
  • Private schools and on-reserve schools should proceed with the funding application online through the website.

  • In Quebec, the Club can also facilitate the delivery of food to schools or organizations.

How to apply

  • Fill out the application form online.
  • Use the Individual School Application Form for an individual school’s breakfast program.
  • Use the Group Support Application Form for several school breakfast programs at once.

Processing and Agreement

  • After submission, you will receive an email confirmation that the application has been received and that you have been added to the waiting list.
  • When resources become available, the Club will contact you to discuss your needs and any updates to your original application to start the onboarding process.
  • If you already receive funding from the Club, you will receive a renewal agreement with updated program information.
  • Programs funded by the Club must report on program details and impacts twice a year.
  • Periods of reporting are typically February and June.

  • For public schools in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, support is provided through local partners.
  • Programs funded by the Club are asked to report on program details and impacts twice a year.
  • For Quebec, programs must obtain a permit issued by MAPAQ and meet all applicable MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation requirements.
