Eligible expenses
- Operational costs, including staffing, supplies, rental fees, utilities, marketing, insurance, and website hosting
- Event costs, including venue rentals, permits, supplies, food, personnel, signage, and promotional items
- Capital costs, including equipment purchase, replacement or repair, facility renovation, and pre-development costs

- Operational funding for organizations already receiving ongoing operational grants from the County

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and only complete files are considered
- The BCF Grants Committee reviews, adjudicates, and decides awards
- Applicants are notified by email
- Successful applicants must complete an online agreement
- Grant payments are issued after EFT information is provided
