Eligible expenses

• Event costs such as venue and equipment rentals, permits, supplies, personnel, and promotional items

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Religious or political projects and activities
• Leasehold improvements for rental properties
• Gift cards, endowment funds, operating deficits, debt repayment, and fundraising costs
• Land or building purchases, capital campaigns, and private or for-profit events
• Expenses incurred before funding approval

• Step 2: Complete the online application
  • Select the appropriate stream.
  • Answer the application questions and provide project details.
• Step 3: Upload required documents

  • Review the full application and submit it through the portal before the deadline.
• Step 5: Follow up after submission
