- Commercial, institutional, and mixed-use buildings in the Central Business District.
Who is not eligible
- Tenants applying for a loan.
Eligible expenses
- Restoration or replacement of brickwork, cladding, cornices, eaves, parapets, windows, doors, awnings, and exterior lighting.
- Façade cleaning and storefront or entrance redesign, including accessibility improvements.
- Other similar exterior façade repairs and improvements approved by the Town.

- Central Business District.
- District Shopping Area (“The Flats”).
- Mixed-Use Areas.
- CIP area for hotels and motels.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Economic Development staff after submission.
- The Town contacts applicants about next steps after review.
- Funding must be formally approved before work begins.
Additional information
- Pre-consultation with the Economic Development Officer is recommended before applying.
- Project work cannot begin until formal approval is received.
- Applicants may be approved for up to two programs per year.
- Tenants are not eligible to apply for a loan.
