Bracebridge CIP intake closed and funding totals updated
The Community Improvement Plan application page now states that all available funding for 2026 has been fully allocated and the Town is no longer accepting new CIP funding applications. The same page still directs applicants to the ecdev@bracebridge.ca contact and shows the pre-consultation phone line 705-645-5264 ext. 3511, but the submission form content and steps were replaced by a closure notice. The CIP information page also now shows the 2026-2030 CIP Implementation Guidelines, updated program conditions, a list of approved projects, and total funding of $60,000.00 in grants and loans with $33,634.87 shown as loan funding. The program still states that eligible projects may receive up to 50% of eligible pre-tax costs, with the maximum municipal contribution remaining $10,000 as a $5,000 interest-free loan and $5,000 grant for the Building Improvement Grant/Loan.
