- Recipients of a previous SQHA training scholarship applying for the same type again.

- Applications are reviewed after submission and incomplete files are not evaluated.
- Applicants are notified in mid-June 2026 for the training scholarships.
- Recipients must provide proof of full-time enrolment before payments are made.
- For the New Researcher Award, the winner is announced at the January 2027 congress.

- The training scholarships are awarded in three equal instalments.
- Scholarship cheques are issued to the recipient’s institute or research centre.
