Selection criteria

Additional information

Selected organizations participate in an 8-month capacity-building program delivered by the Black Canadian Fundraisers Collective (BCFC).
Participants receive coaching support from certified professional Black coaches.
Participants must complete mandatory training in key areas of nonprofit management.
The program requires approximately 4.5 hours per week (about 35 hours per month), totaling 75 hours of content.
