  • Selected organizations participate in an 8-month capacity-building program delivered by the Black Canadian Fundraisers Collective (BCFC).
  • Participants receive coaching support from certified professional Black coaches.
  • Participants must complete mandatory training in key areas of nonprofit management.
  • The program requires approximately 4.5 hours per week (about 35 hours per month), totaling 75 hours of content.
