  • Staffing, training, planning, research, evaluation, printing, communications, space, and travel within Edmonton.
  • Short-term space rental and food for program delivery, up to 10% of the proposed budget.
  • Administrative costs and fees, up to 15% of total project costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Application preparation and fundraising costs.
  • Endowments, charitable donations, bursaries, donor recognition, and gifts except Indigenous protocol gifts.
  • Costs incurred before approval.
  • Capital and facility upgrades, renovations, and construction.
  • Debt reduction, financing charges, interest payments, and direct government lobbying or partisan political activities.
