Black-Mandated Funding Framework update
The Black-Mandated Funding Framework now lists additional grassroots-group expectations, including financial and project-management experience, grant-management capacity, trustee collaboration, reporting, and record-retention duties. Application support details also changed: accessibility support is now handled by Okeima Lawrence at Okeima.Lawrence@toronto.ca, and applicants may use a copy of the application questions for support. One-on-one appointments were replaced with optional virtual drop-in sessions, and the key dates now show the application window opening July 28 at noon and closing September 22 at noon.
