Eligible expenses
- Equipment purchase and installation for eligible measures.
- Assessment at no charge.
- Instant discounts applied to eligible measures.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs not covered by the program, such as additional wiring and certain TSSA costs.
- Measures that already received, are receiving, or will receive other incentives.
- Replacement of LEDs.
- Replacement of exterior lighting.

Processing and Agreement
- The application starts with a free on-site assessment.
- Participants receive recommended upgrades and instant discount amounts after the assessment.
- A Participant Agreement and Work Order must be signed before installation starts.
- Qualified Save on Energy delivery partners manage installation and cleanup.
- Work Order must also be signed again after installation is completed.
