Eligible expenses
- Equipment purchase and installation for eligible measures.

- Costs not covered by the program, such as additional wiring and certain TSSA costs.
- Measures that already received, are receiving, or will receive other incentives.

Selection criteria
- Project must include at least one eligible measure.
- Project must match the signed Work Order.
- Project must be completed by a qualified installer.
