- Government organizations, except federal and provincial government organizations.
- Non-governmental organizations.
- Universities, colleges, and research institutions located in Ontario.
- Organizations in the agriculture, agri-food, or agro-industrial products sectors, including technology and equipment suppliers.

- Federal government organizations and provincial government organizations.
Eligible expenses
- Internal labour costs for employees.
- Consultants and professional service providers.
- Equipment.
- Consumables.
- Travel and other direct and indirect project costs.
How to apply

- Complete the required documents; submissions by email, mail, in person, and fax are not accepted.
Processing and Agreement
- Selected and unsuccessful proposals will be notified in winter 2026.
