How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare quarterly application
- Complete the minister-approved form.

- File it within 30 days after the quarter ends.
- Step 3: Continue quarterly filings
- Keep submitting applications for each successive quarter in the 12-month period.
- Include the required information even if no qualifying litres were sold.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the minister
- Late applications may be carried into a later quarterly application
- Funding may be adjusted if quarterly limits are exceeded
- Overpayments must be repaid as a debt due to government

- The program applies only during the period from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015.
- Eligible persons must keep records for at least seven years.
