How to apply
- Prepare a letter of intent, 1 page max., outlining the proposed opportunity, how it would contribute to your individual professional development, the amount of funding requested, and how you would use the award.
- Prepare a résumé or bio outlining your professional practice, training, and related experience, and include a current BC mailing address.
- Prepare a budget for the proposed opportunity using the required template, showing the project expenses and the confirmed and anticipated funding sources, including the amount requested from the Fund.
- Attach all materials in a single PDF and label the file ApplicantName-ArtistFund.
- Email applications to sdrover@artsclub.com using the subject line Bill Millerd Artist Fund.
- Submit by May 15, 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by curatorial staff and guest personnel
- Shortlisted applicants may be invited to an interview
- Decisions are made after review
- Funds are distributed in June 2026
- A final report is required after the activity is completed
