- Step 5: Submit contractor quotes and the Funding Request Form.
- Step 6: Sign the Property Owner Agreement and receive the initial disbursement.
- Step 7: Complete the retrofit work.
- Step 8: Complete the post-retrofit EnerGuide assessment.
- Step 9: Submit the Project Completion Report and receive the final disbursement.
- Step 10: Repay through the property tax bill.
Processing and Agreement
- The County reviews the application and checks property and payment history.
- If eligible, the applicant receives a Notice of Eligibility.
- A Property Owner Agreement must be signed before work starts and funding is released.
- After completion, a final report is reviewed before the remaining funding is paid.
- Loan repayment begins through the property tax bill.
