- Step 9: Submit the Project Completion Report and receive the final disbursement.

Processing and Agreement
- The County reviews the application and checks property and payment history.
- If eligible, the applicant receives a Notice of Eligibility.
- A Property Owner Agreement must be signed before work starts and funding is released.
- After completion, a final report is reviewed before the remaining funding is paid.
- Loan repayment begins through the property tax bill.
