Selection criteria
- Preference is given to projects involving members of BCU.
How to apply
- Complete the BCU Foundation Grant Application Form.
- Provide a copy of the organization’s constitution and by-laws.
- Provide the most recent financial statement.
- Send the completed application electronically to info@bcufoundation.com or mail it to BCU Foundation, Attn: Grant Program Committee, 2280 Bloor St West, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M6S 1N9.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for eligibility.
- Approved applicants are notified in accordance with the Application Timeline.
- Upon completion of the project, a final report and financial statement must be submitted to BCU Foundation.
- Applicants who do not provide a post-event final report may not be considered for subsequent grant requests.
Additional information
- Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors.
- Applications must be submitted 60-90 days before project completion or the event date.
- The foundation may publicize supported projects and recipients.
- Grant recipients must acknowledge BCU Foundation funding and agree on acknowledgement details before the event or project completion.
